This is a group for those lucky people that have the luxury of swimming year round in their swimming pool depending on many factors of course. Is your swimming pool heated? Are you located in northern or southern Florida? Do you use solar panels to heat your pool or a solar blanket? A gas or propane heater? What is it like keeping your water chemistry balanced, and in what climate; Atlantic or Gulf Coast?? These are all great topics of disucssion that pool owners can come together and swap ideas, tips, tricks, how-to's, etc. So don't be shy, open the discussion, who knows, you just might be corresponding with a neighbor? Invite other techs. into the discussion on topics; such as, the best way to hose off a grid assembly (firehose!). Your way to keep your customer's water clear, not foamy. When painting a pool, some things to be aware of? The best tools? How far a bucket, some channel locks, and some duct-tape will go towards repairing a filtration system? Group discussion on all things related to owning, maintaining, and yes, enjoying that Spa/Hot Tub. Start a group and invite friends and neigbors to join your group. Share stories on throwing ice into the Hot Tub during the summer to make it a "Cold Tub," or hot-tubbing in the winter with snow coming down and your enjoying some jet action in your 95 degree spa. Start a group, let others know how you opened it up, when/if you close it up, and how many people you fit in it at one time. Skimmer is the limit, start a group, join another, the point is community participation.
